January 2012 — From a renewed content architecture, the National Bank now offers its customers a microsite designed to guide users of mobile services across the multiple operations they can perform, thanks to a new mobile application developed a few months earlier. The Small Mobile Guide shows how to carry out their current banking transactions from their mobile device, using content segmented by task and detailed step-by-step instructions. The display of tutorial videos directly on the iPhone interface is also proposed, which confers to the microsite the title of Perfect Guide for users of all skill levels. A mobile version was also developed.

Implication

Human Equation has been involved at every stage of the production of the microsite. The creative team is titular of the ergonomics and content architecture and had an important impact on decisions during the ideation and conceptualization processes. The development unit ensured the integration and programming on all platforms involved in the project. In addition, the tactical team has produced a video animation to promote the new mobile application, which is presented in the Guide. The design and production tutorials are respectively Bos and Yu Centrik realizations.
