view onlineHuman Equation has produced a new platform on behalf of the National Bank of Canada to promote the use of online banking services.
Project overview
April 2012 — As part of this mandate, the team had to design a microsite that would help clients, uncomfortable with internet transactions, to familiarize themselves with the tools offered by the Bank. The prime objective was to bring them to understand and learn how to manage their account, how to carry out their banking transactions in a rapid, safe and in an environmentally friendly manner, without having to go to a bank branch or to the automated banking machine. To do so, a microsite containing a dozen of tutorial videos have been developed, in order to allow users to visualize the step-by step process explaining them how to perform their daily operations. In addition, a video, featuring an unconventional multi-generational family, consisting of three generations, has been produced aiming first of all to introduce the Solutions to the customer and also to make people smile through its staging and its endearing characters.
Implication
The Human Equation team oversaw all the production phases of the mandate. The strategic force was involved in the design and the scripting of the introductory video, as well as for the 22 tutorials. The creative team has conceived the ergonomics and design of the site, as well as any matters related to video design. The integration and programming of the website have also been produced internally by the development team. The video production has been created by Visual Tungsten.Technologies
