Press release – November 29th, 2010, Montreal, Quebec – Human Equation announced earlier today that it has purchased Semantiklab, a montreal based company specializing in .NET, PHP, Ruby on rail, Ajax and Drupal development. Since 2004, ex-Semantiklab President Jonathan Guertin has been working in close collaboration with Human Equation.

This merger will allow Human Equation to offer a more technologically advanced assortment of specialized services to its clients and as Andrea Doyon, Human Equation President, perceives it, this acquisition is an opportunity for the company to expand its overall field of expertise and develop across broader platforms.

According to Jonathan Guertin, the combined knowledge and skill-set of the two companies working in tandem will further drive the development process and enhance overall platform performance.

Following this acquisition, Human Equation currently discuss undertaking several of their accounts in hopes of starting new collaborations.
