Brand Amplification for the WayHome Festival

For the first edition of WayHome, the Ontarian music festival, Live Republic came to us to connect the overall festival and gain traction towards potential sponsors. As such, we managed both access to camp sites and to the overall event’s grounds, as well as multiple VIP and restricted areas. We also took advantage of the fact that all patrons, vendors and employees had to wear a RFID connected wristband, synched with their online profile, to increase the reach of Reebok, Joe Fresh and SiriusXM’s sponsorships.

 

To do so, we rolled out instant-win modules, connected surveys, and simple check-in platforms to add a layer of connectivity to most of the on-site brand amplifications.
